Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase.

We do not accept returns nor give refunds.

We have tried to provide good photographs and descriptions of our products.

We are a consignment store that sells new and used items on behalf of our consigners and used items are sold “as is”. We inspect all consigned items thoroughly upon receiving the items.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS:

Our team checks for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you and also checks to ensure all items are packed in the order, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes.


Damages must be reported to us prior to use of the item. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be considered although if these things were photographed and included in the description item will not be considered.


Please contact us immediately at playbacksportstacoma@gmail.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged  area or the item(s) you believe are missing from your order. Please include your first and last name and order number.
